Alyona Revenko, chief technologist at Esarom Ukraine, is a member of the independent tasting panel of Favorite Food & Drinks 2026.<\/p>\n
14 years of experience in the food industry: she started her career in the production of chocolate sweets, and later worked as a technologist in the development of new products in the production of soft drinks.<\/p>\n
In my work, I like to create new flavours, experiment with
\ncombinations of flavours and colours. That is why Aliona is engaged in self-improvement and constantly updates her knowledge. Thus, in September 2025, she took part in a two-day workshop on sensory analysis as a tool for monitoring and improving the quality of food products, organised by the Organising Committee of Favorite Food & Drinks. The knowledge gained will be implemented in her work, the development of soft drinks, as well as tastings and sensory trainings for both company employees and partners.<\/p>\n
