Participants in the competition are legal entities, including individual entrepreneurs and farmers, who produce and/or sell food products, including products of their own production, own brands, produced both in Ukraine and abroad. 

The tasting competition is based on an evaluation principle for compliance with organoleptic indicators. Every quality product has a chance to win a high award.

Independent experts of the tasting committee assess the organoleptic characteristics of food products in 19 categories.

Favorite Food & Drinks is the only international tasting competition in Ukraine aimed at identifying high-quality food products by their organoleptic characteristics using a blind method and adding value to them.

The mission of Favorite Food & Drinks is to make it easier for buyers to choose which manufacturers to prefer and which products to include in their assortment, or for customers to choose which products to put in their shopping carts in the first place.

The professional tasting committee consists of highly qualified specialists: heads of quality and in-house production departments in retail, HoReCa, industry associations and specialised institutes
