Members of the professional tasting panel is updated at each competition and is formed from highly qualified specialists: heads of quality departments, own brands and own production, commercial departments in retail, petrol stations, GoReK, as well as representatives of industry associations and specialised universities.
Who is part of the tasting panel
Highly qualified managers and specialists from food quality and safety services, own brands, own production, commercial departments of chain retailers, HoReCa, technologists from trading and manufacturing companies, and industry associations.
Independent experts of the tasting committee conduct blind assessment of organoleptic characteristics of food products in all product categories (nominations) of food products.
