💥Producers of artisanal food products and small-scale operators can apply a "simplified approach" to food legislation.
The Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for Food Safety and Quality" defines an artisan food product as:
🐖 food product of animal origin;
🇺🇦 that has a main ingredient for which Ukraine is the country of origin;
🏠 is produced at only one power plant;
🌟 according to the market operator's own unique recipe and/or technology;
🛍️ in the amount of no more than 1000 kilograms or 1000 litres per week on average during the year.
