Liudmyla Chornovil, chief bakery technologist at NOVUS, will continue to work as an honorary and impartial member of the Favorite Food&Drinks tasting panel on 17-18 September.
This is the third time that Liudmyla has represented Novus as a taster and emphasises the importance of participating in the producer competition: "For a manufacturer, it is an opportunity to present their products, to make themselves known, and to give impartial experts a chance to try their products. This is especially important for new producers. It is also useful for producers who have been on the market for many years, because their products are constantly being updated, the market is dynamic, and we need to know that they are not standing still."
