Sense analysis workshop-intensive

Two-day intensive workshop to be held in Kyiv "Sensory analysis: a tool for controlling and improving food quality".

For whom: for food industry professionals, namely

  • Members of the R&D departments of food production facilities;
  • Technologists who develop and launch products into production;
  • Marketers promoting food products;
  • For those merchants who want to convincingly communicate the benefits of their products, they need to have additional "tricks up their sleeve" - added value;
  • Category managers involved in the selection of suppliers;
  • other members of the tasting committee*approving the introduction of new products into production and sales

As a result of the training, participants:

  • Determine the sensory sensitivity of their own senses
  • Improve their knowledge of organoleptic evaluation of food products and improve their command of specialised terminology to communicate with colleagues in a common language
  • They will receive tools to control and improve the formation of added value of food products, strengthening competitiveness in the market

Elena Sinitsina, PhD in Economics,

✔15+ years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting, organisation of business events (exhibitions, conferences, tastings) for food suppliers and retailers

✔expert in food retail and producer promotion, speaker, author of industry articles

 

Participants are provided with meals, consumables, workbook and certificates.

The number of seats is limited in accordance with the technical requirements of such events.
