Olena Sinitsyna, founder of the Favorite Food&Drinks tasting competition, gave a keynote presentation at the Local Ukraine 2.0 forum organised by Auchan Ukraine to support Ukrainian farmers and craft producers. This is the second time that Favorite Food & Drinks has become a partner of the Local 2.0 forum by Auchan Ukraine.
In her report, Olena not only spoke about current trends in the food market and retail, but also shared her expertise on building an effective strategy for promoting locally produced products in the current market conditions.

Local Ukraine by Auchan Ukraine is an important platform for discussing issues of sustainable development, increasing the competitiveness of local brands and expanding opportunities for cooperation between producers and retailers.
The Forum promotes the formation of a sustainable food market ecosystem where quality, innovation and localism are key values. As a food market expert, Olena Sinitsyna emphasises the importance of integrating modern approaches to promoting Ukrainian products, attracting new consumers and opening new markets.
"Integration of key trends into R&D, marketing and sales activities allows us not only to be among the top players in the market, but also to offer innovative products and sustainable competitive advantages. Sustainable development is not only a trend, but also a necessity for strengthening Ukraine's position as a producer of high-quality, environmentally friendly, authentic and tasty products," says Olena.
Among the guests of the event were the winners of the tasting competition Favorite Food&Drinks of different years - Zinka, Kukharie, Spicer.

The event organiser Auchan's own-brand products received gold awards from the independent tasting panel of Favorite Food & Drinks 2024.
Local Ukraine helps to create a future where local products not only occupy a worthy place on the shelves of Ukrainian supermarkets and in the hearts of consumers, but also are competitive offers on foreign markets.
