We are pleased to welcome to the Food Industry Solutions judging committee an experienced and creative expert Olga Balozian, Director of Market Network Development at UMAKS MARKET, LLC. Ms Balozian is responsible for the following areas:
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy
- Work with suppliers and the product mix
- creation of alternative sales and delivery channels
- production launch
Olga has experience in leading Ukrainian retail companies such as JUKA, Alaska Group, Continuum Trade (Tam Tam hypermarket), and Zhytomyrski Lasoshchia Trading House, achieving the most ambitious goals.
"My experience, charisma, enthusiasm and analytical mindset are focused on productivity.
I'm a marketing fanatic: I fall in love with the company and energise those around me, adapting not only the product to the market but also the market to the product," says Olga.
Olga also shares her practical experience with students of Polissya National University at the Department of Management and Marketing.
