"Small daily improvements can lead to huge changes" is the professional credo of Alexander Duborezov, a young and enthusiastic professional who will make his debut as a taster at Favorite Food & Drinks 2026.
Oleksandr Duborezov, Quality Specialist in the External Audit Department of Silpo-Food LLC. Oleksandr graduated from the National University of Food Technologies with a degree in Food Technology and Engineering, speciality 181, Technology of Bakery, Confectionery, Pasta and Food Concentrates.
"I paid more attention to the study of the technology of food concentrates of high nutritional and biological value, to which I dedicated my Master's thesis project," the expert says.
The area of enhanced nutritional and biological value of food products is particularly relevant in the industry today due to public demand, the development of new technologies and other global factors (Organising Committee's note).
"Currently, my main tasks are (Alexander continues):
- conducting audits of food suppliers (of various profiles, including confectionery, meat and dairy industries) for compliance with the requirements of the retail chain;
- Supporting the introduction of new suppliers to the @Silpo/Trash/Expansion network, handling complaints related to the quality and safety of products supplied to the holding's network."
