We are pleased to introduce a highly qualified and experienced taster of Favorite Food & Drinks, Kateryna Dodonova-Sudina, Head of Technology at Döhlert Ukraine.
Kateryna has 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector in leading international companies, including Carlsberg Ukraine and PepsiCo Ukraine.
Her experience includes quality control, regulatory support, new product development, optimisation of existing recipes, and launching innovations in the beverage and juice categories.
Deep sensory expertise in the food industry:
- She is a certified taster of soft drinks, juice products and beer.
- She has completed corporate sensory training programmes (Carlsberg, PepsiCo).
- Many years of experience in professional tasting panels and commissions.
- Evaluation of juice and juice-containing products in the development and launch of new recipes.
- Understanding of coffee sensory sensitivity and experience with coffee-based products (cold brew).
Kateryna specialises in working with flavour profiles, functional ingredients, technological solutions for beverages and food, flavour selection and adjusting recipes to meet sensory and regulatory requirements.
Education and qualifications
- Master's degree in fermentation and winemaking.
- FSSC 22000 certified internal auditor.
Kateryna is a co-author of several utility model patents, including in the field of:
- water disinfection technologies,
- innovative sweeteners based on stevia and maltitol.
